These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by PDR 2 Go ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including mobile paintless dent repair, hail damage restoration, insurance claim assistance, and related automated communications through SMS, email, and phone calls. By submitting your information, booking a service, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Services may include on-site paintless dent repair, hail damage restoration, dealer and fleet accounts, and insurance claim assistance. Repair feasibility depends on dent size, location, and paint condition — we will always tell you before starting if a panel is not a good PDR candidate.
2. Estimates & Payment
Estimates are free and non-binding until a repair is booked. Payment is due on completion of the repair unless invoicing to an insurance carrier or fleet account. Deductibles are your responsibility unless expressly waived under your policy and applicable law.
3. Warranty
PDR 2 Go warrants each repaired dent for as long as you own the vehicle. If a repaired dent reappears, we will repair it again at no charge. The warranty does not cover new damage, damage from subsequent impacts, or repairs performed by other providers.
4. SMS & Communications Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in through our forms, you consent to receive SMS messages and phone calls from PDR 2 Go related to estimates, appointments, service updates, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 or older to use this SMS service.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDR 2 Go shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
